When it comes down to it, there are a ton of benefits to eating produce that's currently in season.

While oftentimes being less expensive (your food doesn't have to travel from halfway around the world), seasonal produce typically tastes better and is much more nutritious for you.

So, to help make eating seasonally even easier for you, I put together this seasonal produce guide. Broken down by season, this chart will help you determine which fruits and vegetables to opt for during a particular time of year.

While there will be some regional variances, this chart provides a basic overview and is a great place to start!

    How to Use This Chart

To narrow down the list, you can use the search bar at the top right-hand corner of the table to search for a particular ingredient.

If you are viewing the chart on mobile, I recommend turning your phone horizontally to make sure all the items display properly.

And if you can't find the ingredient you're looking for, let me know in the comments below—I will routinely update this chart to make sure it's as helpful as possible for you!
